A first contact is the first message you send to a member you have never written to before. It counts the moment you send it – regardless of whether you get a reply. Once that member answers you, your conversation counts as an existing contact and no further message in that chat is counted.
How many first contacts you can start depends on your membership and your profile type. There are two limits: a daily limit and a limit per 30 days.
Per day
Profile type | Basic | Premium | VIP |
|---|---|---|---|
Man | 1 | 25 | 50 |
Woman | 10 | 25 | 50 |
Couple | 3 | 30 | 50 |
Non-binary | 3 | 30 | 50 |
Transsexual | 3 | 30 | 50 |
Within 30 days

Woman | 70 | 150 | 300 |
Couple | 10 | 150 | 300 |

When do I get new first contacts?
The system does not work by calendar month – it counts to the day: it looks at how many first contacts you have sent over the past 30 days. Each message is credited back to you exactly 30 days after you sent it.
Example: You send ten first contacts on 12 May and use up the rest of your quota afterwards. On 12 June those ten first contacts are available to you again.
If only your daily limit is reached, you can continue the next day – as long as your 30-day quota is not yet used up.
The first contact limit protects the community from bulk messaging and spam, and makes sure the messages you receive are genuinely meant for you.
💡 Tip: Send a few personal messages rather than many identical ones. Messages that refer to the profile get a reply far more often.
