🔐 How Can I Verify My Profile?

The safety and authenticity of our community are especially important to us. That's why we offer several ways to verify your profile and confirm to other members or our Support Team that you are genuinely the person behind the profile.

Depending on the purpose and situation, different verification methods are available.

📱 1. Verify Your Phone Number

Verifying your phone number provides an additional layer of security for your profile.

A verified phone number can be particularly helpful when communicating with our Support Team if, for example, you:

• have forgotten the email address associated with your profile,
• no longer have access to your email address,
• have forgotten your password and need to request a new one.

Important: Your phone number primarily serves as an additional means of identification and account security. It does not automatically replace any other verification that may be required.

🖐️ 2. Easy Fakecheck

The Easy Fakecheck is the first way to verify your profile to other members or our Support Team.

For this verification, you need to provide a recent photo of yourself in which you:

hold up your left hand.

Our Support Team will then compare the verification photo with the existing photos on your profile.

If we can clearly confirm that the person in the verification photo matches the person shown in the profile photos, the Easy Fakecheck is considered successfully completed.

👥 Couple Profiles

For a couple profile, both people must be clearly visible in the verification photo.

Verify in 3 Steps

1. 👤 Account → Edit Profile → Profile Verification
2. 📸 Upload a clear photo showing your face and raised left hand (couples: both partners)
3. ✅ Submit the photo and wait for it to be reviewed

• 🟢 A green verification checkmark will appear on your profile
• 🔒 The verification photo remains private; a new verification may be requested if necessary.

💡 Tip: Good lighting and no filters usually mean a faster review.

📝 3. Hard Fakecheck

The Hard Fakecheck is used if the Easy Fakecheck has already been successfully completed, but there are still legitimate doubts about the authenticity of a profile.

In this case, we require a new photo of the profile owner or, for a couple profile, both partners.

The person must be holding a piece of paper in the photo.

The paper must clearly show:

• your current username
• the current date

The photo will then be compared with the existing photos on your profile.

If your identity can be clearly confirmed, your profile will be marked as verified. This is indicated by the green verification checkmark, which also lets other members know that your profile has been successfully verified.

1. 👤 Account → Edit Profile → Profile Verification

3. ✍️ The paper must show your username and the current date
4. ✅ Submit the photo and wait for it to be reviewed

• 🟢 A green verification checkmark will appear on your profile
• 🔒 The verification photo remains private; another verification may only be requested if there is a suspicion that the member is underage.

💡 Tip: Good lighting and no filters usually mean a faster review.

🔞 4. FSK18 / Age Verification

The Age Verification is the most comprehensive form of verification. It not only confirms your age but also provides particularly strong evidence that you are a genuine person.

This type of verification may be required if you:

• want to confirm your age in order to view or use FSK18 content,
• want to publish or share your own FSK18 content with other members,
• are asked by our Support Team to verify your age because there are concerns that you may not yet be of legal age.

As part of this verification, your age is checked using a valid identity document.

Verification can be completed via YOTI or through our website. Depending on the verification method, you may be asked to record a video using your webcam in which you show yourself and your identity document.

💡 Why Is This Verification Particularly Important?

By successfully completing age verification, you clearly confirm that you are of legal age. At the same time, verification using a valid identity document provides a particularly reliable indication that there is a genuine person behind the profile.

After successfully completing age verification, you should generally not need to be asked by our Support Team to verify your age again, unless there is a specific reason for another review.
