However, there is one important detail to keep in mind ✨
⚠️ Important note about email addresses
An email address can only be used for one profile at a time.
This means:
- If your email is already linked to another profile, you cannot use it again 🚫
- Even if you previously created a profile and did not delete it, the email may still be associated with it
In such cases, you will receive an error message.
💡 What can you do?
If it doesn’t work, please gently check:
💭 Have you possibly used this email for a profile before?
💭 Could that older profile still exist?
If so, you can either:
- delete the old profile, or
- use a different email address ✉️
- ask supporters to delete your old profile (Write an e-mail from this e-mail address to supporters and ask to delete the old profile, then supporters will do that).
