As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a Premium or VIP membership within 14 days of purchase—unless you waived this right in order to use the service immediately.
Your right of withdrawal expires if:
- You purchased a service and gave your explicit consent for us to begin providing it before the withdrawal period ended, and confirmed that you lose your withdrawal right once the service is fully provided.
- You purchased digital content (not on a physical medium) and agreed that we start delivering it before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledging that this voids your withdrawal right.

The withdrawal period is met if you send your notice before the 14 days expire.
Effects of withdrawal:
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments we received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs from choosing a more expensive delivery option). Refunds will be made within 14 days after we receive your notice, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion of services already provided compared to the total contract.
