Step 1: Open the Help section
Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select “Help” from the submenu. This will open our chatbot, Fiona.
Step 2: Ask Fiona your question
Simply type your question into the chat. Fiona will try to provide you with a helpful answer.
Step 3: Contact our Support Team
If Fiona cannot answer your question adequately, she will offer you the “CONTACT SUPPORT” link.
Click this link to open our FAQ page, where you'll find our knowledge base with helpful information and explanations about our features.
Step 4: Submit a request
At the top of the FAQ page, you'll find the “Submit a request” link. Click it to send us a message.

Click the “FAQ” link at the very bottom of the banner to open our knowledge base.
There, you'll find helpful information and explanations about our features and how to use them.
Step 2: Submit a request
At the top of the FAQ page, you'll find the “Submit a request” link. Click it to contact our Support Team directly.
